Summer Card :)

Happy Thursday:)
I wanted to share a card I made last night.. actually I made 10 of them for a swap :)
The theme this month is "Summer" and it was so fun to make !!
I used my Silhouette, Cameo to cut out the bike and the "hello Summer". The clouds were punched with two sizes of Fiskars punches. I embossed the card base with a "Paper Studio" birds embossing folder from Hobby Lobby.  Twine is from Awesomealbums.com.. Paper used was, DCWV "Mod Retro" stack and the basket was a scrap of brown card stock that I embossed with a Embossalicious, small dot folder. The bike and sentiment are from the Silouette store.

Thanks so much for stopping by.. Hugs, Jen

St. Patricks Day Card

I wanted to share a St. Patricks day card with you.. I am loving the "Teddy Bear Parade" Cricut cartridge.. so many cute images ! I purchased mine at Wal-mart.   For this card I used some green cardstock from my stash for the card base.  I used four different Washi tapes and layered them diagonally on a white piece of cardstock and matted that on plain white cardstock.. whew !!

I cut out the teddy bear at 3 1/2 " with all scraps, and added yellow Stickles to the pot of gold.. The felt four leaf clover is from Diaso.

This is the inside of the card.  The clover punch and the border is also from Diaso.  Sentiment says..

"May your blessings outnumber the
Shamrocks that grow and may trouble
avoid you where ever you go.."

This card was so fun to make and I know I will be using this cartridge a lot..

Hello Kitty card

Happy Friday !!!!
I'm back with a little card share. I'm in a card swap on youtube with Betty (scrappassion01) and the theme is Hello Kitty Spring... I joined because at my age I needed an excuse to play with the Hello Kitty cartridge I borrowed from my friend Lisa, thanks Lisa :)... I used the DCWV "Pastel Cardstock Stack" and the Prima "Meadowlark"  6x6 pad. The little purple flowers are from Michaels. I used my Cricut Imagine to cut and print the topper. Pearls, google eyes, pom pom, and ribbon from my stash. I think they turned out very cute.

I just noticed a little butterfly fell... lol... will have to fix that !! Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs, Jennifer

Fall Card #3

Hi everyone... Thanks for stopping by !! I want to share another fall card with you. I got the idea for this card from "Dawn5377" on youtube, she is a Stampin Up demonstrator and has a ton of ideas.

For the card I used some card stock from my stash, TPC and Martha Stewart leaf stamps and Memento ink in the colors,  Pear Tart, Cantaloupe, Rhubarb Steak, and Bamboo Leaves. This was a very fun and easy card to make.... I think I said that about the last one too !! But if you have to make a lot of one card you want it to be easy..

Hedgehog "Fall" card...

Yes, that's what the title says... a hedgehog card !! Now I don't know what a hedgehog has to do with fall and Thanksgiving, but he was so cute I just had to use him :)

I used my Cricut Imagine, "Enjoy the Season's" cartridge. I cut him at 3" using the layers tab. His boots and scarf are on pop dots.. I also inked the edges of the leaf  and card base with Momento "Rhubarb Stalk". The background paper is also from the same cartridge.. The sentiment is from a TCP stamp I have had for years.  Flat back pearls, felt flower trim and flourish are from Michael's. And once again I forgot to take a picture of the inside, but it is finished with the same leaf paper...

The bow, twine and button were all form my stash.. I also finished the inside but forgot to take a pic. !

Hi everyone,  Thanks for stopping by !
I want to share with you some little favors I made for a crop I had on Friday.
I used some glassine bags and put some candy inside, I wrapped the bags with some red  cardstock that I edged with a Martha Stewart border punch..

I then added a cute piece of clipart to the front, cut out with a Spellbinders die. large scallop octagon in two sizes. The paper I used is DCWV "The Summer Days"

I also made some little boxes. I cut these out on my Cricut with the "Tablescapes - Spring & Summer" cartridge. The star was cut out with the same cartridge. The 4th of July was cut with the  "Stand & Salute " cartridge.. then added a little button and flower punch and of course some bling ! and guess whats inside... you got it.. more candy :) These were a lot of fun to make and very quick and easy..

Hope you all have a very Happy and Safe 4th of July.. Hugs, Jennifer

Hi Everyone,  I  wanted to share my entries for the Wild Orchid Crafts design team open call.
I found this little chair at the thrift store. I painted it yellow and then dry brushed white over the yellow..   I took one of my granddaughters flip flops and made a pattern for the little mini..
The umbrella is a wedding bouquet holder, I cut the handle off and then turned it upside down and glued in a dowel rod..  I sprayed the ruffle with Lindys Stamp Gang, Pineapple Paradise..

I added lots of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers...

I used the Graphic 45, Tropical Travelogue paper for the mini.

I bound the mini with seam binding, then added a charm I made.

I made the little cushion because the mini kept falling through the slats in the chair... :)

This is the little "Pillow Box" purse I made using the " Art Philosophy" cartridge from Close to my Heart.  ( handle and swirl are also from the same cartridge..

Then I added some beautiful Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, sheer trim and pearls..
Thanks for stoppomg by.. Hugs, Jennifer
